Quick… when some one says wigs to you, what do you think? An ugly, ill-fitting piece of synthetic hair made in some nameless China sweat shop?

Well, guess what, you’re not alone.

Go online or browse through any of the cheap fashion magazines, and you will see ads a-plenty for wigs of all sorts and colours and shapes. And most of them will have the word “INEXPENSIVE” prominently displayed, along with “same day service & shipping” available.

Guess what? If you are gullible enough to believe you can actually get a great looking hairpiece without it been experty fitted for mere pennies, then you deserve what you get. It is what’s commonly (and derisively) called a “rug.” Friends, family and strangers will spot it a mile away. They may not say anything, at least not to your face. But once you’ve left the room, you will be the object of more than passing chuckles.

So what is the alternative? That’s easy. It’s called CTR – Cosmetic Transdermal Reconstruction – and it is only available from a company called Versacchi.  How good is this CTR hair reconstruction? The easiest way to describe it is like the difference
between a mongrel and a thoroughbred.

A CTR (Versacchi never, ever uses the word wig!) is a work of perfection. Each part is individually fitted to the recipient’s scalp. Every nuance of your head is carefully and faithfully measured, so your eventual CTR will blend in perfectly.

Only the finest natural hair and man made fibres are used, each one again individually measured, cut and hand woven (not glued!) into a micro thin skin like base. You’ll then receive a custom styling, one that fits your facial features and preferences.
Worried about how it will feel? Don’t be! Once on, you won’t even notice it – it’s that comfortable. Plus, you can now walk, run, play, swim, shower, bathe with it on – and be confident it will never sag, bulge or god-forbid, fall off at even the most inappropriate moments. (Wink, wink!) About the only thing you should not do with your CTR is have your hairdresser try and
cut it. (They will not realize it is not your own natural growth!) Listen, you can try and cut corners and save a couple of quid by ordering a wig over the web, but you will only be fooling yourself. My advice? Call Versacchi first. You’ll be saving yourself a ton of time, and a busload of aggravation. And get this, if you need a headpiece because of a medical condition, many times
the entire procedure will be covered by GMS entitlements and insurance health plans and by the way, as an added incentive Versacchi also includes free of charge their acclaimed fashion headwear for those undergoing medical treatments and have to wait until the doctor’s go-ahead before they can be scheduled for their completed CTR hair replacement. Just make sure you ring Versacchi for a free consultation appointment first in Dublin at (01 4900570) and in Cork on (021 4627400)

You’ll be glad you did.
